Are you ready for a deeper experience of your body and mind? The mindful hatha yoga workshop is designed to give your body a full stretch in all directions (which you might love a lot after sleeping in a tent), to make you feel more calm and balanced and strengthen your positivity. You will leave the workshop with a feeling of connectedness to yourself and others.
In traditional Hatha Yoga, we hold poses for longer to experience each pose in detail and feel the effects of different pose categories on our body and mind. The full practice combines asana, breath work, and meditation. To me yoga is rather connecting to yourself than being flexible, it's rather about the function than the form of a pose. This class is suitable for everyone and all levels. Don´t be shy to join even if you are new to yoga. Mats will be provided by the festival.
