Our unique workshop combines the subtle Yoga practice with the energetic body language of Movement and Dance. This creates simultaneously a deep connection with the own body and mind at one side, and a genuine and conscious dialog with others through non-verbal communication and emotional intelligence on the other side. We get in touch with our emotions and learn how to maintain a healthy relationship with them. We enfold during our workshop an atmosphere of trust, open communication and strong community. This allows each participant to dive into an outstanding positive experience that can develop the capability of an increased healthy self-confidence and an open heart.
